Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated R&D Analyst to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will help design and execute R&D projects centered on antimicrobial and antiviral textiles. You will monitor experimental outcomes, analyze results, and offer practical recommendations to bridge research with real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing R&D projects for antimicrobial and antiviral textiles.
• Track and assess experimental data to ensure precision and relevance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn research insights into viable product applications.
• Deliver data-informed recommendations to shape future R&D strategies.
• Clearly document research processes, findings, and suggestions in structured reports.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and competitor activities.

• Previous experience in R&D, ideally within textiles or material science, is preferred.
