Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive market-aligned IT strategies, and optimize organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive experience from established corporations and a proven ability to integrate operational excellence with innovative growth.
Responsibilities
- * Lead and manage day-to-day company operations, including administrative, financial, and IT functions.
- * Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all operational areas.
- * Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
- * Oversee market expansion initiatives and facilitate cross-department collaboration to support business goals.
- * Manage IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects to enhance operational performance and security.
- * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- * Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- * Minimum of 10 years of executive operational leadership experience, preferably within technology, textile, or related industries.
- * Proven track record of success in a senior role within a well-recognized large company.
- * Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.
- * Experience in overseeing IT strategy, digital tools, and infrastructure development.
- * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
